Ugh - a hard stretch

So while I continue to work on the grand happiness - contentment plan, sometimes it doesn't work.  Let's see all the fun things that have happened in the last little while - the school called and not in a good way, the middle kid was stabbed while on a Boy Scout camp out (with a sharpened stick, but still!), same middle kid got sick at school yesterday and had to be picked up, and today a dog bit the youngest on the knee. Fun times! Thanks goodness we have a long weekend to try and recover….of course we have a houseguest coming - Janna the guide dog drop out, but that will actually be a fun time!
